What Do They Do
Once you sign up you or your teen, you begin feeling out all kinds of things. For example, you get to create you support group. You get to pick a cute avatar. Then you watch these awesome videos that are very catchy to keep you interested, as well and some reading and even meditation time to time. All of these tools give you the most incredible information on how to fight this ugly addiction.
They have tracker, this is awesome you fill it out each day, you can put if you relapsed or if today was a success day. You fill questions like your mood etc… to help you try to better understand your own triggers and so on.
There really is so much more to it all but is very well organized, amazing resources and knowledge. These guys have done and incredible job. They really know what they are talking about and doing.
Our Daughter
Our daughter has been fighting this since she was 9, she is now almost 18. Fortify is truly and incredible blessing in all our lives!!!

Work as a team! Encourage, leave sham and disappointment out of it! Be open and honest. Allow your teen to be honest. Show and tell them you love them but don’t enable them either.
